We started with the idea of being a better dev shop. That framing proved too limiting for the level of quality we expect of ourselves-- so we redesigned the way we work.
We consolidated the team, we intentionally limit the number of active partners, and we only onboard work when everyone aligns at three levels.

We launch with confidence and hand off with care, ensuring every stakeholder is equipped, empowered, and ready to grow.
Three levels of alignment
We only onboard work when everyone aligns at three levels.
All three, or we say no. Saying no early is cheaper for you than a proposal we do not believe in.
Fit
The problem fits what we are actually good at. It is our standard to only send a proposal if we believe 3sb can be your difference maker.
Focus
We keep few partners active at once so yours gets the team's attention rather than whatever is left over at the end of a week.
Follow-through
Someone owns it after launch. We hand off with care and stay reachable-- the opposite of disappearing once the contract is signed.
Capacity
Waitlist openWe intentionally limit how much work is active at once.
When we are full, new work joins a waitlist rather than a queue nobody mentions. Tell us what you are building and where you are in it-- we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit and when we could start.
