.Initial Contact
Before we commit to building anything, we like to thoroughly understand your vision, your personal experience, and your expertise. The initial contact call builds the foundation for a trustworthy, solid partnership
.Project Scope
Project scope meetings are all about the details. We'll discuss the exact features you'll like to include, who your intended audience are, and how it fits into your larger organizational goals. We’ll provide more clarity on anticipated timeline and pricing.
.Project Kickoff
Once the scope is determined and estimates are provided, we kickoff the project. This is where we begin to turn your dreams into reality. Afterwards, you’re updated whenever you prefer. Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
.Product Development
After kickoff we start working. Throughout the process you can expect full transparency into what we’re building, how we’re building, and where the code is. Development breaks down into 3 simple steps.
1.Design
Beautifully crafted designs that are shared quickly and always take into account your feedback.
2.Develop
After designing the product end-to-end it's time to build and test. Throughout developing you’ll have the opportunity to test and demo the product.
3.Deploy
The final step is deploying your product to the web or publishing to desired app stores. We’ll submit for you and adjust as necessary for final approval.
.Final Delivery & Off-boarding
On time. On budget. That’s how we finish every project. When your digital solution goes live (champagne, anyone?) we’ll stick around to update, maintain, and make improvements as you grow. Your success is our success. Following completion we’ll work together to develop a product roadmap so you know where your product is headed once we’re finished.
