We have a highly skilled team, not a large one, so we are intentional about the people we support. It is even our standard to only send a project proposal if we believe 3sb can be your difference maker.

We`re a passionate team of builders, creatives, and unapologetic dreamers — but we didn`t start out that way. We learned to code out of necessity, after being burned by overpriced and even predatory dev shops that overpromised and underdelivered.
What started as a hard lesson turned into an opportunity: to create the kind of third-party development experience we wish we had— transparent, collaborative, and deeply human. With backgrounds in software, product marketing, and design across industries from scrappy startups to scaled enterprises, we understand both the urgency and vulnerability that come with building something new. Too often, external dev partners lack empathy for that. That needs to change. And we`re here to lead that change— by building better software and better relationships along the way.
